Format
This event will take place on the lower stretches of the Junkers Trail. There will be two locations, the first is under the power lines, the second is the straight table top run below. The competition will be judged by a panel of experienced riders.

Enduro
FORMAT
We’re using the Mash Up format and there are three formats to choose from;
- Full Enduro – 7 stages
- Sport Enduro – 4 stages
- Intro Enduro – 2 stages
Mash Up means you can ride the stages as many times as you like within the time limit, in any order and your best run counts. The time limit for all formats is 7 hours or return before 4pm. Riders depart the race village in one big group at 9am and head to any stage they like.
Categories and Rules
The event is run under the Gravity Enduro Ireland Series rules here. The online entry system automatically sets your category when you input your date of birth. There are awards for the top three finishers in the Full and Sport Enduro. Everyone who completes the ‘Intro Enduro’ receives a finishers medal!

The Course
The Full Enduro is approximately 35km long with 7 downhill timed stages. These stages will be a mix of black and red grade trails with some natural sections.
The Sport Enduro is approximately 16km long with 4 timed downhill stages. These stages will be a mix of red and black grade trails.
The Intro Enduro is approximately 8km long with 2 timed downhill stages. These stages will be on red grade trails.
You can ride the stages in any order, any number of times within the cut off time which is the same for all events – 7 hours or before 4pm. Note you must return to the race village and check out at the timing tent before 4pm.
The liaison between stages is not timed so you can ride at your leisure and catch up with your pals. The stages are technical and steep. Please note this event is not suitable for beginners. Your fastest times on each of the stages are added together to form your overall time.
Timing Chips
You receive your bike number plate and timing chip which is worn on your right wrist, when you sign on. You will receive your results print out as soon as you finish. Results are also published online.
Registration
The entry fees are as follows
- Full Enduro is €55 for Adults and €45 for Juniors
- Sport Enduro is €45 for Adults and €35 for Youths and Juniors
- Intro Enduro is €35 for Adults and €25 for Youths and Juniors
There are no additional one day licence fees.
Cross Country
The Course
The course is a perfect combination of challenge and fun in a true spectator friendly XCO style. There will be lots of natural sections alongside forest road and trail centre sections.

Gridding will be based on UCI points (for those who have them), last years NPS and time of registration.

Downhill
Format
A one day downhill race on ‘Junkers’ trail with shuttle bus and bike trailer uplift. There will live timing throughout practice. The seeding run will be based off the practice times. Championship format, one race run only!

- Lunch (track closed, no uplifts) – 2PM to 3PM

Registration
